All sales are final and no refund or cancellation is allowed once payment is made. However, we accept returns only in the exceptions that:
- If Item is damaged
- Incorrectly item was shipped.
To be eligible for an Return/Exchange, the following conditions must be met when submitting your request:
- Request for return/exchange is made within 3 days from the date you received the item.
- Same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Must have the original receipt with order ID.
Shipping details for the return address will be given after your request is processed by our team. The shipping fee will be borne by customers and Imaan will not be liable for the item during return postage until received.
